Poda za WC-Co:Nyenzo za Utendaji wa Juu kwa Programu Zinazostahimili Uvaaji
Tunakuletea aina zetu za poda za WC-Co, iliyoundwa ili kutoa upinzani wa kipekee wa kuvaa na kudumu katika matumizi mbalimbali ya viwanda.Poda zetu zimetengenezwa kwa chembechembe za tungsten CARBIDE (WC) zinazoshikiliwa pamoja na binder ya cobalt (Co), na kusababisha nyenzo ambayo ni ngumu na ngumu.
Bidhaa zetu mbalimbali ni pamoja na madaraja manne kuu: KF-60 WC-12Co, KF-61 WC-17Co, na KF-62 WC-25Co, kila moja ikiwa na maudhui tofauti ya kobalti na usambazaji wa saizi ya chembe.KF-60 inapatikana katika aina zote za sintered na kusagwa au agglomerated na sintered, na ukubwa wa chembe kuanzia 15-45μm na 10-63μm, kwa mtiririko huo.KF-61 na KF-62 zote ni poda zilizounganishwa na sintered, na ukubwa wa chembe kuanzia 15-45μm na 10-38μm.
Poda zetu za WC-Co hustahimili uvaaji bora na zinafaa haswa kwa programu ambazo kuna msuguano wa hali ya juu, kama vile mashine za jumla au mazingira ya uvaaji yanayosumbua.Maudhui ya juu ya kobalti katika KF-61 na KF-62 hutoa ushupavu bora, na kuifanya kuwa bora kwa programu ambapo upinzani wa athari unahitajika.
Mbali na upinzani wao wa kipekee wa uvaaji, poda zetu za WC-Co pia ni nyingi sana na zinaweza kutumika kwa njia mbalimbali.Zinaweza kunyunyiziwa kwenye nyuso ili kuunda mipako ngumu na sugu, au zinaweza kutumika kutengeneza vipengee vinavyostahimili kuvaa kama vile zana za kukata, fani na mihuri.
Katika kituo chetu cha kisasa cha uzalishaji, tunatumia mbinu za usindikaji wa hali ya juu ili kuhakikisha poda thabiti na za ubora.Bidhaa zetu zimejaribiwa kwa uthabiti ili kuhakikisha kuwa zinakidhi viwango vya juu vya ukinzani na uimara.
